At the close of each year TIME magazine reports on the Top Ten Trends…of everything! Although many are interesting to read through, naturally the food trends held my attention the longest. Some of these trends are desirable and great to see, others are disappointing and even disheartening as Americans continue to struggle with eating too much and moving too little. It had me thinking though, what can you make YOUR top ten food trends of 2011? Planning in advance is key – so it’s never too early to set your goals and start taking action.
