I was asked recently, off the top of my head, what are 5 things that I am always telling clients or people? Now I can get long winded and wordy with my answers…so plain and simple, straight to the point – here you go:
5 THINGS I AM ALWAYS TELLING PEOPLE
- Hydration comes first.
- Work towards eating whole foods and less processed food items.
- Planning is the bridge between knowing and doing.
- Plan your main meals around your vegetables – and include a variety of color.
- Your fueling plan should help you feel and perform great, keep you healthy and not weigh you down or make you sick!
