Welcome to the New Year! I hope that you are off to a healthy and happy start! More people are reporting to me that they are trying to increase their intake of fish and add more variety to their meals. This is a recipe to support those New Year Goals. Cod is a white fish rich in protein, while cabbage and broccoli collectively offer fiber, Vit C, phytonutrients, Vit A and Vit K. Enjoy!
