For me, birthday’s are a great time to focus and engage in the things I love to do, enjoy the people in my life I have been blessed with and reflect with gratitude on the gift of life I have been given. One of my favorite ways to start this day, of course, is with a nourishing breakfast and an awesome outdoor workout.

Luckily for me, I have people in my life that will share in this joy with me! I love being around people, working with people and sharing in health and fitness with people. I am thankful I was exposed early on to fitness and healthy habits through my parents, as that truly ignited my passion and focus on developing a career that I continue to love each and everyday.
My wish is for each person to make their health, fitness, personal and professional passions their priority – making themselves their #1!
