- 2 Carrots (choose a variety of the colors!)
- 1 Bulb Baby Fennel
- 1 Bunch Green or White Asparagus
- 1 Stem Green Garlic
- 1 Leek
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Bunch Parsley
- 1⁄3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1⁄4 Cup Crème Fraîche
- 2 Teaspoons Barley Soup Spice Blend
