Healthy Berry Yogurt Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. natural nut butter
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 whole banana
- Ice
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Pulse for 30 seconds, stir and pulse for an additional 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
Vegetable and Chicken Sausage Pasta

Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 chicken sausage links
- 2 cup yellow squash, chopped
- 2 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 oz. Pasta (gluten free or whole wheat)
- 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
Directions:
- Cook pasta in boiling water, rinse and set aside. Sauté chicken sausage with yellow squash and zucchini in olive oil and minced garlic for 5 minutes to brown. Add in pasta, cherry tomatoes and red onion to heat 2 more minutes.
