It’s easy to get into a routine of the same foods and the same recipes in the kitchen. Whether it is time constraint, repetition, or picky eating – there seems to always be a reason to do just what works. At this point, of course, it’s worth saying nutrition is all about moderation and variety. It’s important to change up your food choices to benefit from the wide variety of health benefits each food and food group offers, as well as decrease boredom and challenge yourself to expand your pallet of good tasting, healthy food or to get in the kitchen more.
