Raspberry Lemon Water
Yield: 1 servings
Ingredients
- 8 oz. water
- 3-6 raspberries
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions:
- Freeze raspberries in water in ice cube trays. Once berries are frozen into ice cubes, put into a cup with 8 ounces of water and squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Enjoy!
Lemon Berry Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Plain Low-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup blueberries
- 1/2 Cup strawberries
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
