Wake Me Up Coffee Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 banana, previously sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1/2 cup milk (any variety)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- Optional: spoonful of nut butter
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more milk as necessary to reach a consistency to your liking. Serve immediately.
2-Minute Berry Breakfast Quinoa

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/3 cup milk (any variety)
- 1/3 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
- A pinch of cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine everything in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and test the temperature. Microwave for another 30-60 seconds, if needed.
