Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- Olive oil spray
Directions:
- Sauté bell pepper and mushrooms in an olive oil sprayed pan. Scramble egg and egg whites together and pour into pan once vegetables start to brown. Once eggs are cooked, serve in tortilla with avocado. Top with green onion and/or fresh salsa.
Berry Green Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla soy or almond milk
- 1/2 Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add water or ice until desired consistency.
